Privacy Notice
How WeMake POS handles information submitted through the website and POS workspace.
Effective August 23, 2026Information we collect
When you request a demo or create a trial, we collect the information you submit, including your name, business name, verified email address, mobile number, business type, expected branch count, and account credentials. Your workspace also stores the business records you enter, such as products, sales, customers, users, branches, services, and reports.
How we use it
- Create, secure, and operate your tenant workspace.
- Verify your email, authenticate users, and prevent repeated trial use.
- Provide POS, reporting, billing, support, and security functions.
- Respond to demo and support requests and maintain service records.
Payments and service providers
Subscription checkout is hosted by PayMongo. Payment information handled on PayMongo’s checkout is governed by PayMongo’s own privacy practices. We receive payment status and transaction references needed to activate or renew access.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, the public WeMake POS website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, general location, device and browser information, scrolling, outbound-link activity, and non-identifying actions such as selecting a plan or starting a trial. We do not send names, email addresses, mobile numbers, passwords, verification codes, payment details, or POS workspace records to Google Analytics.
Analytics remains disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie/Analytics Settings” link in the website footer. Google processes Analytics data under its own privacy terms. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Tenant access and protection
Each business is assigned a tenant workspace. Access is restricted through authenticated sessions, user roles, and branch assignments. No internet service can promise absolute security, so account owners should use unique passwords and remove access for former staff promptly.
Retention and requests
We retain account, workspace, verification, billing, and security records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. To request access, correction, or deletion, use our contact form. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.
