Trial & Subscription Policy
What happens during a trial, checkout, renewal, and plan change.

A newly verified email may activate one three-calendar-day Starter trial. No credit card is required. An email that has already activated a trial cannot be used for another trial. When the trial ends, workspace access is restricted until an active plan is applied.
Plans and limits
Branch limits, user limits, features, and prices are shown on the Pricing page. The current public plan catalog displayed there is the same catalog used by the Billing module. Enterprise arrangements require direct confirmation.
QRPh payment confirmation
Paid checkout uses PayMongo-hosted QRPh. Creating or opening a checkout does not activate access. A subscription is activated or renewed only after WeMake POS receives and validates a successful payment confirmation from PayMongo.
Renewal and plan changes
Paid periods follow the billing interval selected at checkout. The Billing module shows the applicable amount and period before payment. A manual plan override by an authorized super administrator does not itself create a PayMongo payment.
Refunds and payment issues
Completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable once access has been applied, except where required by law or where a duplicate or incorrect charge is verified. If payment succeeds but access is not updated, or you believe a charge is incorrect, use our contact form and provide the payment reference.
