Terms of Service
Rules for using the WeMake POS website, trial, and subscription service.
Effective August 23, 2026Account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and ensure that only authorized staff use your workspace. The business account owner is responsible for user access, branch assignments, and activity performed through the account.
Acceptable use
You may use WeMake POS for lawful business operations. You must not attempt to access another tenant, bypass plan limits, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Your business data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the business data you enter. You authorize WeMake POS to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, and security events may interrupt access. Features and plans may change; material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through the service or account contact information.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when a trial or paid period ends, payment is not confirmed, the account violates these terms, or suspension is needed to protect customers or the platform. Contact us if you need help retrieving or exporting data before ending service.
